ISF, Inc. provides a warranty against system defects. Each customer will have the ability to submit support tickets to report defects for resolution.
DIR Co-op Contract Program Overview
As a DIR customer, you receive discounted pricing with negotiated terms and conditions in compliance with state procurement rules. Public entities outside the State of Texas may also use this contract with an executed Interstate Cooperation Contract (ICC) with DIR.
